108 Lincoln is the addition of a master bedroom suite, living room and a roof terrace atop an historic warehouse in Boston’s Leather District. The renovation of the interior spaces works in concert with the existing building’s industrial spirit, composing in a raw aesthetic of masonry, timber, and steel. The expansion draws on the contemporary city, presenting a volume of clean lines and surfaces. Large sliding doors expand the interior sitting area out to the vast scale of an urban room, with wide-open access to close-up views of the skyline. One can sit and enjoy the city assisted by a full service exterior kitchen and built in grill.
