The project integrates three buildings arranged around a central and continuous green space. They are placed on a base of two floors which integrates duplex dwellings with private garden.

Above, a decomposition of the volume takes place thanks to the difference of height, the creation of terraces, the inhabited roofs, the urban vegetable gardens, the variety of materiality and the diversity of the bays.
On the roof, there are urban vegetable gardens. They offer people a way to indulge in the pleasures of gardening through ecological, healthy and productive urban agriculture.

The building takes its character in its materials. The brick offers a particular aspect of Dutch inspiration.
