100 Barrow Street was designed to harmonize with the fabric of Manhattan's oldest landmark district. The brick base echoes the facades of the neighboring townhouses and church while the windows detailed with finely crafted bronze lintels and sills will weather similarly to the copper detailing of the surrounding historic buildings. Six additional levels are wrapped in a mullion-less curtain wall edge in brass.
