Ismael Leyva Architects has been selected to design the proposed residential condominiums at 140 West Street in Lower Manhattan on behalf of the developer, Magnum Real Estate Group. This is Ismael Leyva Architects’ third project with Magnum Real Estate Group.
Magnum Real Estate Group has contracted to purchase the top 22 floors and a subbasement
level of the iconic downtown Verizon Communications headquarters and intends to construct 475,000 square feet of luxury residences within the 1.2 million square foot building. Designated as a NYC landmark, 140 West Street is located in southern TriBeCa, situated between 101 Warren Street and the vibrant new World Trade Center complex. 140 West Street will afford residents views of the Hudson River and magnificent urban landscapes.
