The refurbishment and redevelopment of a group of properties in Old Burlington Street, Savile Row and Maddox Street was borne
out of a re-evaluation and subsequent redistribution of used across the Pollen
Estate.  A new, traditional-looking
roofscape was added to 10 Old Burlington Street, whilst a contrasting contemporary
aesthetic was employed internally.  The
development realised approximately 95 000 square feet of office, retail and
residential accommodation for City and West End, Standard Life and the Pollen
Estate, in the heart of the Mayfair conservation area.
