We superimposed two volumes
around a central patio to fully optimize the 204-m² plot: a 115-m² house is
built with 111 m² of green spaces (including the 34-m² ecoroof). This south-east
organization maximizes both solar heat gain and a great view. On the first
floor, the living-room opens on to the terrace and the swimming pool, creating
a continuous indoors outdoors living space. Although the plan compactness
limits heat losses and allows an energy efficient project.
