Project Description:
Located on the 14th floor of the Diplomat Baran Tower, the north unit overlooks the panoramic landscape of Tehran’s northern mountains.
The interior space, with its remarkable 5-meter ceiling height, offered a distinctive opportunity for a different kind of design experience.
The main concern of the Dorsa Experience Design throughout the process was how to employ height in service of space - not merely as a physical attribute, but as a conceptual potential capable of completing and enriching the spatial identity.
We approached this vertical height as an unfinished yet inspiring capacity,
a means of emphasis, resonance, and synergy within the design.
In this approach, height became a dialogue between space and design,
a conversation that culminated in a composition where proportion, stillness, and vertical continuity coexist in harmony.
