The company Urban Design Project Ltd. As it is the result of a merger carried out in order to implement advanced projects of architectural and technological design. Atelier specializes in architectural design and comprehensive service administrative building investments. In designing we as a few companies in Poland use fully implemented BIM methodology (Building Information Modeling in 3D) for a total investment stages so we can ensure full control over the design and investors to take a virtual tour of the newly planned facility at the stage of its development and conceptual work.
Our team of architects have with full permissions to design without limitations, work with specialists from the building structure to optimize structures of steel, concrete and materials, authorized Construction Engineers, designers and interior designers, engineers HVAC - sanitary installations, ventilation, air conditioning and low-voltage power networks and IT.
We work with experts for the fire protection, IT network and GSM, sanitary Inspection, ergonomics and safety. The second branch of our company deals with urban planning, planning Unitary Development Plan for municipalities and court expert opinions in the field of town and country planning.
