to_make was founded by Tom Bulic, who graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Architecture and from Monash University with a Bachelor of Science. He is a member of the Newport Traders Association and is involved as a guest tutor at Deakin University and Melbourne Universities Architecture schools. He advocates for stronger ties between community groups and local government and is a member of the Victorian Institute of Architects Urban Design Committee.
