Rupal Rathore is an architect, writer and yoga enthusiast based in India. Currently, she is working with the New York / Hong Kong-based architecture communications company Future–Future. She is a regular contributor of long-form articles at Disegno Journal and Damn Magazine that explore the intersections between design, culture, and politics. Her writings have previously been published in LA Journal, Topos, My Liveable City, MONU and others.
Rupal graduated in 2018 from the Balwant Sheth School of Architecture (NMIMS), Mumbai and practices design under her studio The Native Platform from the quaint town of Udaipur. She is one of the three designers of the Matrimandir Gardens of Life and Power, in the experimental township of Auroville.
