As designers of top class resorts our three founding directors, Simon Wood, Simon Hutchings and Rory Stevens have combined their design knowledge and skills to great effect along the shores of world famous Grace Bay in projects such as Point Grace, Villa Renaissance, The Regent Grand, West Bay Club and The Gansevoort all of which were taken from concept to completion in our offices in the Turks and Caicos.
