Strategy in form and function
This is the foundation that supports both our approach and our buildings. These buildings are designed according to customer wishes for project developers, government, retail chains, businesses and private individuals. They are distinctive and functional, in keeping with the prescribed wishes and demands and budgetary and technical preconditions. Each assignment is unique. Our designs are realistic but always distinctive, whether these concern residential projects, public utilities or buildings with a specific function, such as sports centres, health clubs or educational institutes.
Strategie Architecten is an architectural firm with a workforce of around five and a cooperative, constructive, personal and result-oriented attitude to work. We often supervise the execution of a complete building project in detail from start to finish, from finding a suitable location to the final completion. However, we are equally willing to carry out parts of this process. We prefer to work with all our partners on a team basis. After all, a building is the result of a joint effort.
The form and functionality of a building are important factors in determining how people live, work, learn, relax, exercise, shop and socialize – in other words, how they experience their lives. That is why when designing a building we elevate the factors of form and functionality to a Strategy, on the basis of which we devise the best possible architectural solution.

‘In architecture everything revolves around relationships, not just with regard to spatial arrangements and the use of materials but in particular with regard to interpersonal cooperation.
This means taking a solution-oriented approach to form and function.’
