Extension On Top of 246 East 58th St:
These two new duplexes, with steel and glass facades, are designed on top of Paul Rudolph’s last built project; decades later, guiding the owner to maximize development, the unique parameters necessitated the architect’s design role to expand, representing the owner on pre-construction and construction contracts, while also interfacing with GC to resolve issues of const, its phasing, procurement, work of subs and structural engineering.

With clients, planned the project’s market share and coordinated the design to resolve issues with site and construction, through close communication with GC and subs, along with proactively implementing solutions.
The Atlantic Stamp Building, Brooklyn, NY: a ground-up, 8 story modern apartment building:
Examined architecturals, engineering drawings, shops, and other documents to identify potential problems and inconsistencies; then in alliance with superintendents developed resolutions during construction.
