Schwartz and Associates was founded by David A. Schwartz, a California native who holds a Master in Landscape Architecture from UC Berkeley and Isis Spinola-Schwartz, RLA, and a native of Brazil. For the last 20 years the partners have been creating landscapes that reflect their clients aspirations to engage with the outdoor environment, entertain, and enjoy the Mediterranean climate of the Northern California coast.
