Roark Perkins Perry Yelvington was established in 1962 by the late
H. Price Roark. The firm has maintained our presence in downtown Little Rock since inception. This longevity can be attributed to an infinite pride and protection of our
repeat clientele. Approximately eighty percent of our business is the result of continuing relationships with our clients throughout the years.
Here are the five main principles that continue to guard this success.
Listening to the client:
We always remember that we are servants to our clientele.
Use appropriate consultants:
We select our engineers, landscape architects and specialized consultants to provide our clients with a team that is tailored specifically for each project.
Provide a creative studio atmosphere:
We have fun at what we do. We provide our employees with a working environment that allows them to realize their full potential as professionals. The results are well
designed projects that reflect the confidence and pride in their work.
Community involvement:
We encourage all of our staff to get involved. This maintains a connection to our community, and also increases the knowledge base for creativity and high design
standards.
Commitment to improving our environment:
RPPY was one of the five founding member firms of the Arkansas Chapter of the
US Green Building Council. Opportunities always exist for enhancement and
protection of the environment through good sustainable design.
Our experience and dedication that is evident in our projects demonstrates the commitment we have to our clients, our community and our family at RPPY. This expertise offers a diverse portfolio that demonstrates the desire and determination to provide our clients with a finished project of which they can be extremely proud.
