R Architecture is an architectural office founded in 2010 by Alice Wijnen and Guillaume Relier. It claims for projects between arts and crafts. It aims for subjects from the smallest to the largest scale. These facts become obvious in the year 2013 at the Marcel Breuer's designed skiing resort, Flaine, where the office delivered projects of different natures.
In 2014 the office was laureate of the "Album des jeunes Architectes et Paysagistes". Later, the "Pavillon d'accueil de Flaine" was mentionned at the Equerre d'argent - First Architectural work category prize.
R Architecture won severals competions in 2016 and became an active member of the commissioners team for the french pavilion"s exhibition at the Venice Biennal of architecture.
Today, the office applies, designs and develops projects either for urban, public or private uses.
R Architecture aims for an ambitious production and high expectations in perception and manufacture.
