Quadriga is a firm of 13 landscape architects, planners, and designers specialize in innovative, functional design solutions for the public sector, institutional, commercial, residential, and environmental projects. We apply a team approach to respond to the opportunities and challenges presented by each client’s circumstances and each site’s particular landscape character. Under the leadership of four principals, the group uses the insights gained from their collective years of practice to develop functional and aesthetic landscape design.
Quadriga was founded in 1997 as a California Corporation, and for over a decade now, the Quadriga team has been known for innovative, aesthetic, functional, and environmentally-sound landscape and planning projects. Our success stems from experience, insight, and enthusiasm with 8 of our design professionals registered Landscape Architects. From our offices in Sacramento and Santa Rosa, we apply this energy to a variety of public and private projects throughout Northern and Central California as well as Nevada. Quadriga’s guiding vision ensures that we are always contributing to a legacy of excellent planning and design—a legacy that has always balanced stewardship and a respect for cultural context and spirit of place with solutions that are constructible and financially viable for our clients. At Quadriga, we actualize this vision by combining high professional standards and sound business practices with a dynamic working environment to encourage growth and innovation.
Quadriga serves a spectrum of clients that includes architects, engineers, agencies, municipalities, institutions, developers, and landowners. Our portfolio includes schools and universities, medical office buildings and hospitals, custom residential homes, resort developments, wineries, stadiums, parks, subdivisions, large-scale communities, streetscapes, urban open spaces, and environmental restoration projects. In addition to master planning, site design, and construction documentation, our services also include environmental permitting, public involvement facilitation, peer review, program analysis, bid administration, construction observation, and post-construction evaluation. Throughout the design process, Quadriga strives to apply LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) and Sustainable Sites Initiative philosophies whenever possible.
Quadriga’s strong commitment to collaboration encompasses dedication to both in-office and inter-colleague teamwork. Our successes come from our collective strength, combined experience, and shared energy.
