Skarmeas, a nationally-recognized award-winning architect and an expert in historic preservation, joined PDP as Planning and Design Director in June 2010. Dr. Skarmeas brings over thirty years professional experience in award-winning work, including Thomas Jefferson’s Virginia Capitol; the Cincinnati Union Terminal; and the West Virginia Capitol Complex.PDP is certified as a Woman-Owned / Minority Business Enterprise.
