Paolo Frello was born in 1964 and after his architectural studies he opens his office in Milan specialized in interior design, communication and industrial design. In 1988 he received the mention of honour at the World Design Library in Tokyo for the project of a new domestic applaiance, in 1994 he received the mention of Honour at the Waterlily European Award in Cologne for the design of a series of portable quilts and in 1997 he received the mention of honour at the International Office Design Competition for the project of a furnishing accessory for office within Milan Furniture Fair.Beside the interior design activity, he is journalist for Costruire Magazine, for which he has been writing the Design column for eight years.He edited several books in the architectural and design sector, amongst the volume for the Architectural Competition on Garibaldi Repubblica Project in Milan and the book entitled “Parola di Designer”.In 1997 he works as consultant in USA where he designs many private houses travelling around Florida, Colorado, Michigan, North Carolina and cares “A palette for sense” exhibition for the Museum of Modern Art in Orlando.In January 2000 he moves to Florida where he cooperates with Andrew Kirschner Architect Company for the development and the consulting in interior design.In 2001 he founded Paolo Frello & Partners srl, a company that is dedicated to providing solution design and implementation for both the residential and the service sector. Besides the United States carries out projects in Italy, France, Spain, Belgium and the UK.
