Oncuoglu+ACP is an international architectural design practice composed of dynamic team of experienced architects, planners and engineers providing services that range from master planning through all design phases and into working documentation. The firm has ongoing and built projects in Turkey, Russia, Kazakhstan, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Founded in 1964 by Hasan Oncuoglu, the practice is led by Enis Oncuoglu with his partners Onder Kaya, Cem Altınoz, Engin Oncuoglu, Mark Edwin Jenkins, and Ismail Hatipoglu. Current offices include those in Ankara, Istanbul, Moscow, Astana, New York and Dubai.
