The Office of Mark Armstrong is a licensed, AIA and NCARB registered and LEED accredited professional firm. With current licenses in Massachusetts, Connecticut, and NCARB reciprocity nationwide, Mark has more than 21 years of experience in public and private sector building programming, design, bidding and contract negotiation, and construction supervision. His work associated with other firms includes academic buildings for Harvard, MIT, Exeter Academy, UMass Boston, Mass College of Art, and Berklee College, as well as public buildings for the Federal Courts and the MBTA. His own work includes custom homes in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, condominium developments and affordable housing for local communities, historic row house and waterfront loft renovations, and commercial and residential renovations and additions throughout the greater Boston area. Prior to starting his own firm in 2000, Mark had over 10 years of experience managing a wide range of projects. Combined with small scale design for individual property owners, Mark's experience on larger developments with tight budgets and schedules influences the process on each project regardless of scale.
