Neel became a registered architect in 1985 and has been a partner or principal in his own firm ever since. With more than twenty years of experience, Neel has successfully managed a large variety of projects including office buildings, recreational facilities, restaurants, private residences, multi-family residences, and medical facilities. While employed by a real estate development firm, Neel spent seven years focused in the construction industry, being in charge of construction activities for custom single family residences, cluster homes, and townhouses. He is skilled in working with both public and private entities. His diverse experience enables Neel to anticipate possible problems and provide complete solutions that are creative, cost-effective, and thoroughly documented.Past clients include: The City of Austin, Texas Department of Health and Human Services, Lutheran Social Services of the South, Sadler Clinic, Shrivers Cancer Center, Austin Regional Clinic, various county governments, and numerous private clients.Neel graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1975 receiving a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors.
