Mohat Office – Studio Overview
Founded in 2015 by Mohammad Hadianpour, Mohat Office is an architectural practice grounded in research, lived experience, and a nuanced understanding of Iran’s contemporary social and cultural landscape. The studio approaches architecture as a spatially intelligent, socially responsive filter—a medium that reinterprets the relationship between individuals, communities, and the built environment.
Rather than relying on technical narratives or formal gestures, Mohat’s work focuses on the spatial qualities that shape human experience: the orchestration of thresholds, light, material presence, and the subtle continuum between private and collective realms. Across residential and urban-scale projects, the office explores how architecture can cultivate new forms of livability while addressing the social challenges that define contemporary urban life.
