LPzR architetti associati is an architectural and urban planning firm based in Milan (Italy) founded by Gabriele Pranzo-Zaccaria (1974) and Federico Reyneri (1974).
Our experience allows us to develop the whole project, starting from initial concept all the way to working drawings and construction supervision. Our skills, acquired through years of architectural experience and supported by an extensive network of specialized consultants, make our most creative and ambitious designs possible.
As architects we are called to solve complex situations, designing buildings together with our clients and taking care of their needs.
Combining poetry and space, functionality and materials is our profession. Building with the best price/quality ratio is our art, refined by years of experience and experimentation.
We have been defined “sculptors of forms for living” because in our work we balance form and function. We pursue innovation and variety in designing our buildings, by tailoring them to our clients’ requirements (different lifestyles, type of work or leisure) and acknowledging the context where we operate.
We like designing new buildings, but also restoring and renovating existing ones. Our refurbishment and renovation projects combine comfort and modern technology while maintaining their historic allure, in a balanced mix of features and materials spanning between ancient and contemporary.
LPzR has designed residential buildings, offices, factories, commercial spaces, private homes, restoration of historical buildings, sports facilities, libraries, schools, waste treatment plants, production facilities, churches, hotels, theatres.
Our approach to every new project is filled with enthusiasm, regardless of its size: we take great pride in both a 16 sqm painter’s atelier – our smallest work – and the architectural refurbishment of a 100.000 sqm factory.
