Katheryn Lott has more than 30 years of experience working on a wide range of building types and projects. She approaches every project with a sense of fun and adventure, exploring ideas that respond to the client’s hopes and dreams for their building, no matter the size or budget. Inspired by time-tested architecture, craft and building traditions, Katheryn’s designs focus on creating timeless comfort and beauty that will be a source of joy for years to come.
Katheryn is an architect, registered interior designer, and LEED accredited professional for building design and construction. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with honors and is active in the American Institute of Architects and has been a member of a number of local boards, including American YouthWorks, Meals on Wheels and More, and the UT School of Architecture Advisory Council. She has been responsible for more than $800 million in commercial and residential projects. Katheryn’s portfolio includes restoration and renovation of historic structures, adaptive reuse projects, space planning, interior design as well as new construction for both residential and commercial projects.
