The firm has its initial projects the Five-Storey Benson Apartelle located along Pinaglabanan Road in San Juan, Metro Manila and Villa Carolina Townhouse, a 30 unit Townhouse Development along Roxas Boulevard in Baclaran, Paranaque, Metro Manila.Now on its 28th Year, JOSE SIAO LING AND ASSOCIATES is occupying 300 square meters office space with forty-five (45) trained staff. The Firm has the latest computer aided design and drafting facilities for Architectural Design and production of working drawings.
