Jonathan Woolf Architects is an award-winning international architectural practice working in the UK, Europe and Africa from offices in central London. Our work ranges from private houses and apartment buildings through to arts, educational, commercial buildings and interiors. In constructing beautiful environments we believe in the vitality of the relationship of tradition to innovation and with the close collaboration between client and architect. Founded by Jonathan Woolf in 1991, the practice earned international critical acclaim in 2003 for its RIBA Award-winning Brick Leaf House, a 1000 sq m double villa for two brothers in Hampstead. The house, an uncompromisingly bold interpretation of the classical villa, established the principals of the practice’s approach: to produce light filled architecture that evokes history in a new way.
