Over the last several years, we have had the wonderful opportunity to work with many clients along the eastern seaboard. In January of 2000, we accepted the challenge of opening our office/studio in Virginia Beach specializing in custom architectural design, where we have had the good fortune to work with clients who have allowed us liberal creative flexibility.
This past year, we reached our 11th anniversary. It is amazing to look back at all the great projects and people we have experienced over the years.
The combined education and experience of our design team has allowed us to program, design and manage many projects throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina and Virginia. From conception to completion, our project list includes medical, educational, office, financial, restaurant and retail work of several substantial sized businesses.
Our dedication to each project and our personal commitment to its success has led to many repeat clients including developers and contractors.
A great deal of our work has been with private owners or through negotiated contracts. We anticipate greater involvement in public projects as we continue to grow, and our hope is to become a significant player in the field of Architectural Design throughout our community. Our past projects with the City of Gloucester for the new Public Library and the new Greenbrier Office Center in Chesapeake provided us the opportunity to illustrate our design talent in the public eye. In the past year, our firm has been diligent in developing office building and retail space for several developers. We have also been able to begin planning of several large-scale residential developments at Oceanview in Norfolk. Recently we were awarded the renovation of the work on One Island on the CBBT.
Ionic DeZign Studios is well-staffed with the proper technical support staff and with consultants to successfully complete any project. Our designers and consultants work hand-in-hand to support a value system where client relations is always paramount.
Satisfying the entire scope of architectural services, Ionic DeZign Studios can provide services from initial programming, planning, design, construction documentation, specifications and construction management; producing a turn-key product for our clients’ needs. Most recently we began our engineering division to further suppliment our clients needs. We also began our branding services or those clients needing assistance establishing their "brand" on the market.
