Guy Goodfellow is a leading designer, who creates interiors of rare elegance combining an architect’s training with an eye for beauty, and a judicious use of colour, fabrics and furniture.
He set up his own company in 2002 following eight years at Sybil Colefax and John Fowler, where he became the company's youngest-ever director; having studied Architecture in Oxford he also has an understanding and knowledge of space and classical proportions. He is frequently quoted in the media and is consistently included in international lists of the top UK decorators. In the 11 years since then, Guy has developed a reputation for the refurbishment of large period houses and town apartments, both in the UK and internationally. He works closely with the client to ensure the best interpretation of their wishes. Using his architectural and historical knowledge, he sensitively reinterprets interiors for modern living, giving them an understated glamour.
The company consists of two independent sections: an interior design team and an architectural team, who work either together or on their own projects, depending on the commission.
