Glen Coben, principal of New York City-based Glen & Co. Architecture, founded his own firm in 2000 in order to provide customized designs that realize a client’s vision while also engaging their customers. Coben’s successful projects demonstrate that brands can seamlessly integrate into the lives of others. Coben and his projects have been featured in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, Metropolis, The New York Times, and Interior Design. In 2002, Glen & Co. Architecture was selected as a Gold Key Awards finalist for the firm’s guestroom designs for Flatotel. Current projects focus on the design, development, and implementation of several value-oriented hotel projects. Coben continues to challenge hotel brand standards, redesigning them to meet the demands of urban locations such as New York City. Recently opened spaces include Archer New York and Fabrick, a David Burke Restaurant, with concepts for NYLO and wellness hotel brand EVEN on the boards.
