Established over three years ago, Folio is founded on over 30 years of local and international experience in the high-end residential market.
We often work closely with our sister company KSR Architects, with whom we share offices. The partners of Folio and KSR have worked closely together in various capacities for over 20 years and this synergy has already led to the creation of an impressive portfolio of successfully completed projects. We enjoy creating high quality design solutions that embrace our joint ethos of holistic design, integrating architecture, interiors and landscape.
Heading up the practice is Lester Bennett who combines his commercial awareness based on years as design director for Westcity Wates with a passion for beauty, creativity and craftsmanship, leading to many award winning schemes.
Our client focussed approach responds to their needs and aspirations with confidence and integrity. By combining bespoke joinery and specialist design items we aim to create a personalised design rather than following a whim, fashion or a “house” style.
2012 saw Folio Design complete and win commissions for a number of very successful and exciting interior design projects for clients in the UK and abroad. These are detailed below, along with a preview of three projects in Russia, due to complete between 2013 and 2015.
