FHD India is an architectural practice driven by a passion to realize projects that are critically meaningful and creatively distinctive.
With a team strength of over 100 professionals across three cities — Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai — we engage in Master Planning, Architectural Design, and Interior Design across diverse project typologies. Our core strength lies in large-scale residential communities (over 140 million sft of built-up area), where we focus on creating integrated ecosystems that prioritize human-centric development.
Our approach emphasizes social engagement, cultural continuity, climate-responsive strategies, eco-sensitive planning, net-zero farming initiatives, and materiality. We believe architecture must encourage connection — between people, place, and the environment.
Our partners bring together diverse design lineages and global exposure spanning the US, Europe, the Middle East, and East Asia. This convergence of varied experiences enables us to synthesize a design approach that is uniquely FHD India.
At the studio, we continually explore design strategies that reinterpret the boundary between tradition and contemporary living. By blending regional identity with international perspectives, we have pioneered typologies such as Eco-habitats, pedestrian-first “Rurban” clusters, and vertically integrated social communities (“2getherments”) — where people remain at the center of development.
With pan-India projects across 13 states and 37 cities, FHD India’s portfolio spans eco-habitats, residential communities, commercial developments, hospitality projects, and high-rise buildings. Each project reflects our commitment to balancing function, form, sustainability, and future-ready thinking.
