Felix Raspall is an architectural designer and researcher, interested in the intersection of traditional building methods with digital design and fabrication. His current doctoral research at Harvard University focuses on applications of digital technologies as a means to expand the structural and formal limits of artisanal construction. From 2002 to 2008, Felix was assistant researcher and instructor at the University of Buenos Aires, where he concentrated on theory courses and design studio. He has six years of professional experience in Argentina and USA, independently and in large practices. Felix holds a professional degree in architecture from the University of Buenos Aires (honors) and a post-professional Master of Architecture from Yale University (honors). He was awarded CPAU prize 2004, the Wichester Prize 2010, the Fulbright scholarship 2008-10, and the Amalia de Fortabat Scholarship 2011. He is currently researcher at the Design Robotic Group at Harvard, member of the Energy Consortium at Harvard and Graduate Student Associate at the Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies.
