About ECHO
From our studio in Rotterdam, we design optimally liveable urban areas with a team of more than 20 professionals (urban planners, landscape architects and architects). We regard densification as the perfect opportunity to create more space, based on smart designs. Thanks to our integrated approach we can deviate from traditional urban layouts and even set new standards. Our vision is a layered and interwoven city with space for nature, landscape and grand gestures, where communities can flourish.
We work in inclusive project teams. Every team member - regardless of discipline or experience - contributes to the design and has individual responsibilities. We know each other's talents and deploy them at the right time. Giving and receiving constructive feedback is essential in our way of working: it’s how we, as a team, create the best solutions possible for even the most complicated challenges.
