"Duygu Çetin I Founding Architect
Duygu Çetin, who began her architectural education at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts Academy Architecture Department in 2004, worked for various firms in Istanbul until 2011. In 2011, she joined SBL Architecture Firm in Sakarya as a partner architect, founded by Çetin Öztürk. Within SBL Architecture, she focused on projects of various scales, including urban planning, administrative buildings, and residential designs. Simultaneously, she also worked on historical conservation projects. In 2015, she started her master's degree in the Department of Architecture at Kocaeli University Faculty of Architecture. Her master's education allowed her to deepen her thoughts on the implementation of architectural practices and conservation projects. She shared her experiences as a guest lecturer in the Architecture departments of Kocaeli University and Sakarya University.
