Diego Micheli graduated from the IUAV of Venice in 1988. In 1990 he opened his studio in Trieste where he carries out design and construction management activities, as an independent professional and also in temporary associations with other studios. Over the years, he has dealt with sports buildings, projects for the tertiary sector, residential buildings, cemetery architecture, restoration and recovery of the building heritage. The design approach is characterized by an interest in materials, details and a structuring of space not intended in its volumetric meaning, but as a set of relationships that link the artifact to the context and enhance the built environment as a whole.
