Deloul group was created by Mr. Zhang Xiaoliang,who is the officer of
the executive committee of the national association of industry and commerce,
the national association of industry and commerce cultural and creative
industries, vice President of the chamber of commerce, the China-Africa chamber
of commerce, deputy director of the China Yan’an spirit commission, the member of
China Mobile research institute experts group. Deloul Architectural Design (Beijing) was
established in 2009, after two years of development, has developed into a
well-known architectural firm and become one of the major shareholders of China
International Engineering Design and Consulting Co., Ltd. Awarded with A-level certificates in the
construction design, construction supervision, construction cost consulting,
preparation of urban and rural planning and external management contract status.
The business of Deloul includes urban planning, housing design and community
planning, large public buildings, landscape design, transport planning. Deloul
is also rewarded as the consultant company of the National Federation's
Executive Committee, the Beijing Transportation Commission and Chongqing government.
