Born 1960 and raised in Lugano, the italian part of Switzerland, Daniele Claudio Taddei followed a long family tradition of swiss architects, going back several generations. He studied architecture in Stuttgart, Germany, worked in Milan, Italy with Giancarlo De Carlo and in Stuttgart, Germany at Behnisch und Partner Architekten. After working several years at Lee Architects in San Francisco California, USA, Daniele Claudio came back to Zürich, Switzerland to collaborate with Kuhn Fischer Partner Architekten. He opened his own office in Zürich in 2000. An international practice, following all aspects of contemporary architecture and urban design, where he mainly practices in residential and office buildings and renovations.
