Winner of three consecutive National AIA COTE ‘Top Ten Green Projects’ Awards and the first LEED Gold in the State of Florida as well as the first LEED Gold Academic Building in New York State. The firm also received the National Leadership Award of the U.S. Green Building Council in 2005 and 2008 for ‘having established the founding principles and practices of Green Architecture in America’ and for Mr. Croxton’s role in the founding of the AIA Committee on the Environment.
