City Futures is a multiple award winning architecture firm based in Alwaye, Kerala founded by Ar. Anjith Augustine in 2014 & was joined by Ar. Rakhi Mariam in 2016. Over the last six years the studio has done projects ranging from residences, villa projects, commercial towers, conservation projects and Urban Design projects. The key focus of the studio has always been to deliver the clients their dream spaces and the studio goes above and beyond to work for the same. Responding to the context, climate and client needs have been the trademark of the firm over the years. Apart from their architectural experiences, the studio is also responsible for many community driven urban design projects.
