Leading architects from across the length and breadth of the Americas gathered at The Savoy Hotel in London on Monday (December 12th) for the announcement of the winners of the prestigious Americas Property Awards in association with Bloomberg Television and Google. Charest + Parenteau is delighted to learn that it is one of the winning companies in the architecture single residence categorie whit the project Moulton Hill Residence.
These awards, combined with the other regional awards’ programmes for Arabia, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific, form the globally renowned International Property Awards. Established 17 years ago, they are the world’s most prestigious property competition and cover residential as well as commercial categories. Judging is carried out through a meticulous process involving a panel of over 60 experts covering every aspect of the property business.
