Madrid, 1983. It is currently run by Alejandro Bueso-Inchausti, Pablo Rein and Edgar Bueso-Inchausti, who work with a multidisciplinary team. It has not only developed its activity in the area of architecture and urbanism in Spain, but also in countries such as the USA, Mexico, Switzerland, Venezuela and, in recent years, especially in Romania.
Its most famous works are: in Spain, the Rozasnova building for Alius (Prize of the College of Architects of Madrid and nominated for the Mies van der Rohe Award), the buildings for the ESADE business school, the European University or housing units in Paseo de la Habana 187-189 (Prize of the College of Architects of Madrid 2015+10). In Romania, where it is working since 2005: the Averescu Residential Building in Bucharest (Europe Property Award).
Since 1989, the firm has signed, apart from its own commissioned projects, architecture projects for Inmobiliaria Tiuna, a family-owned developer which has been involved in architecture since 1964
