BMA Studio’s portfolio includes landmark residences and signature developments for industry leaders such as Emaar, Nakheel, and hospitality groups like Fairmont. One of the latest successful projects is the Lavita mansions at Oasis by Emaar- marking the developer’s first luxury offering of this scale. In 2023, the studio was honoured with the “Best Architecture Single Residence in Abu Dhabi” award at the Arabian Property Awards for its Beach House project, an iconic example of its site-responsive, holistic design approach.
