Development of affordable, transportable, modular (ATM) structures designed for tropical and sub-tropical environments. Structures are designed and constructed to "touch the ground lightly" and fully sustainable as they can be totally "off-the-grid" for power, sewer and water utilities. Modular construction enables transport of all building elements (including foundation) to the site and a constructed weather tight exterior within days.
