Through our Niigata Re-Find initiative, we collaborate with local farmers, hunters, artisans, and architects to create places that root contemporary luxury in the soil, water, and traditions of a specific land. Our portfolio also includes the GODENYA sake-pairing restaurant in Hong Kong (Michelin one star) and the sui sauna in Niigata.
