a-designstudio is a young and dynamic practice that works across all architectural disciplines based in Sri Lanka, Singapore and India, with experience designing buildings in the United Kingdom, Middle East and Asia. We continue having fun doing what we love best – designing.
The practice works internationally providing full architecture, interior design, master planning and project management services for all types and scales of projects. Led by UK qualified Architects / Interior Designers, we create architectural designs that are contemporary, contextual, environmentally and economically sustainable with thorough collaborative research, delivering both best value and architectural excellence to our clients.
This is achieved through a rigorous design approach which, coupled with our extensive project management experience, enables successful budget and programme control. We work extremely closely with our clients, consultants and collaborators to foster strong working relationships to ensure both our clients’ and our own aspirations are achieved.
Our experience encompasses the following sectors: residential / master planning/ retail; health/education/ public/ commercial/ interiors/ mixed use/ and industrial. Working in both the private and public sectors, we have long experience of delivering high value projects on time and to budget.
