Concord Terrazzo Company is a terrazzo material supplier located in Charlotte, North Carolina. In September 2016, our TERRAZZCO® Brand Products was announced as an associate member of the National Terrazzo and Mosaic Association for three categories: aggregates, precast products, and thin-set epoxy resin.

Concord Terrazzo sales and technical reps are readily available to assist in the design phase of any project and answer any questions regarding the terrazzo flooring and precast terrazzo installation processes. Representatives are also available to accompany contractors on client or architectural visits to express the benefits of terrazzo flooring as a lifetime flooring system, enabling you to solidify current and future relationships with owners, architects, and construction professionals.

The TERRAZZCO® design team has a two week or less turnaround on custom sample requests. This service is readily available at no cost to the architectural and design community.

TERRAZZCO® Brand products are produced with the intent of satisfying the U.S. Green Council’s LEED® Green Building Rating System. Our products are made from 100% solids and are completely VOC free which results in little to no off-gassing leading to improved air quality during installation and which is beneficial to the lifecycle of the building in which these products are installed. This factor contributes to your project’s LEED certification goals. In addition, TERRAZZCO® products are manufactured using renewable resources which can contribute to even greater LEED points.

TERRAZZCO® EZpour #158 epoxy matrix has been formulated to cure with fewer pin holes than other epoxy manufacturers terrazzo products which reduce the amount of labor required in the grouting phase of any terrazzo project. This factor leads to lower labor costs and lessens the time needed to finish a terrazzo floor installation.
