Our proprietary, structural sandwich panels are created by permanently bonding, under heat and pressure, specially formulated Fiberglass-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) translucent faces to a structural grid core composed of interlocking aluminum or thermally broken “I” beams fitted with translucent insulation (TI) including Cabot’s Lumira® aerogel. Our products can meet a wide range of specialty applications including: high impact, blast resistant, and explosion venting systems among others.

Kalwall® can be all or part of the walls or roof of any building. Typical applications include: wall, window wall and curtain wall systems, skylights, pre-engineered and custom skyroofs®, clearspan™ systems and canopies+walkways.
