Kris Lin International Design was charged with designing a new building to overlook the confluence of four rivers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In keeping with the coastal theme, the firm chose to use the concept of the “yacht” as the design language for the project; a way to illustrate the relationship between the urban and environmental characteristics of the area. The end result has become a new urban gathering spot, offering a natural emotional experience field to the Pearl River coast.
