SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is an awe-inspiring observatory and art space spanning three floors at the heart of Manhattan. This modernized attraction houses a 65,000 square-foot space that features endless mirrors, floating orbs, transparent floors, and an outdoor terrace with a stunning view. Visitors can immerse themselves in unique experiences that blend art and technology, from playful interactions with reflective orbs to stepping out onto transparent sky boxes high above Madison Avenue. The observatory transforms into a light show spectacle at night, illuminating the city skyline. Notably, the building itself is a benchmark for sustainability in NYC, with a construction process that reduced energy consumption significantly and used a 75% recycling rate.
